Tina brings over 20 years of experience in sales, service, operations, and marketing. She has held senior executive leadership positions in every size company from a multi- billion dollar global organization to a start-up operation. Her core competencies are in building high performance teams, negotiating winning contracts, and leading change management. Tina experienced the booms, the busts and the reinvention of the telecom industry to which she uses her expertise to help businesses through tough times, reinvention and creating a highly productive staff with limited resources. Tina is a TAB- Certified Facilitator and a Strategic Business Leadership-Certified Coach. She attended the University of Missouri graduating with a degree in Marketing and Business Logistics. She also graduated from Harvard Business Schoolʼs Program for Management Development.
Mentioned above, TAB develops and facilitates peer advisory boards for privately held companies. Tina is the President, Owner of Franchise in Baltimore-Washington Corridor. Her franchise is the fastest growing in TAB history. She grew new franchise to over 50 different companies in the local area in less than 2 years, consisting of business owners in all industries as well as private coaching sessions to assist in growing and meeting their personal and company visions.
